Fabulous Antique Find

I discovered this beautiful medicine cabinet with the perfect little glass knob, it's splendid decorative carving and amazing rose compilation and I knew right where it must go!  With a light clean-up it's soft teal-green finish and sturdy construction did not dissapoint.
Though old, it was evidently well-kept and kept dry; its tiny brass hinges were not only intact and functioning smoothly, they appeared to have been expertly placed and kept polished.
Inside my daughters bathroom, it will accent the mellow ivory tones and hang handsomely above the wainscotting.

  5. Hi Donatella,
Thanks for stopping at my blog today. I've enjoyed looking around here. The little cabinet is wonderful and so is the tray a few posts down. I was touched be the story of your family's immigration here also.

  7. Donna is a gorgeous find, and you had the perfect place for it too. I adore flowers and the colors.

Yes, there were two comments but I moderate all comments so only post one when two are left. Not to worry! When I first began blogging, I did that all the time. Or, I'd run off without putting in the code and wondered why my comments never showed up on certain blogs. ♥
